General purpose solventborne cleaner for cleaning and degreasing bare metals, existing finishes and primer surfacers. Tip: The least aggressive of the Sikkens solventborne cleaners. To ensure an optimum coating finish, the surface should first be cleaned with a waterborne and then with a solventborne degreaser.
