Training programmes for bodyshop professionals
Acoat Selected Plus (ASP) is a programme dedicated to customers of the premium Sikkens VR brand. It was launched in the Polish market in May 2016.
The main objective of the programme is to continuously expand the range of value-added services available to customers, including training courses, workshops, seminars and professional services. The programme is based on collecting points awarded for participation in the programme and for purchases of Sikkens products made during a defined period.
Collected points can be exchanged for products and services available in the Acoat Selected Plus professional services catalogue.

Bodyshop manager – setting objectives
This training programme is designed for managers responsible for bodyshop operations, where maintaining employee motivation and setting clear performance objectives is becoming increasingly challenging.
The aim of this module is to provide practical tools and techniques to support effective people management and improve team performance.
Service advisor – Part 1 (vehicle reception) and Part 2 (vehicle handover)
This training programme is designed for front-office customer service professionals working in bodyshops.
The programme is delivered in two stages, following a structured learning methodology. Each stage is based primarily on practical exercises, which account for approximately 80% of the training time. A minimum interval of 30 days between the two stages allows participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained during the first session in their daily work before progressing to the next stage.
Bodyshop business analysis
The business analysis provides a comprehensive assessment of the current bodyshop operation, including its organisational structure, utilisation of human resources, operational processes and alignment with the business strategy or recognised best-practice benchmarks.
The analysis concludes with a tailored action plan for each area assessed, highlighting key priorities and opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and overall business performance.
